Suzanne Glocker started her Real Estate                        

career in 1991 in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Previously, she managed the Purchasing Department at

Celeste Industries, a manufacturing company in Easton,

Maryland, her Eastern Shore hometown. 

In 1992 she became the "Rookie of the Year" for the Hagerstown Association of Realtors and she won "Top Producer" of over two hundred and fifty Realtors in the Hagerstown/ Washington County area. Suzanne was the first agent in the area to start a “group” effort of responding to the abundant calls and maintain the level of service that she had worked hard to provide. “The Glocker Group” began in 1999 and has been going strong ever since!

Suzanne Glocker and The Glocker Group were in the Top 100 Real Estate Agents in the United States ranked by REALTOR Magazine in number of transactions in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and again in 2005.  

In 2006, Suzanne became the Broker of Record and owner of The Glocker Group Realty Results, established as the area's premiere Independent Brokerage that is founded on that same service, integrity, and expertise that Suzanne built her business on. The name of the brokerage highlights our goal of bringing successful results to our customers and clients with the utmost in professionalism and work ethic. 

2006 began with the highest values ever in the county to a crash resulting in a 30–50% depreciation of values by 2012. Through this historic challenge, The Glocker Group persevered in helping people to buy and sell real estate in spite of the economic obstacles. We are happy to say that in 2013, the market  hit bottom and showed improvement in both activity and in some cases increased values.

2014 and 2015 showed some appreciation in our property values and a great improvement in activity. 2016 proved to be the most active real estate market our area has seen in almost ten years! We all hope that continues in 2017 for a steady, healthy increase that keeps the market values stable.

With 25 years having passed since her real estate career began, Suzanne continues to work hard making her slogan a reality….
