Gary Glocker joined his wife, Suzanne, in the real estate business fulltime in 1996. Previously, he had a long career in the transportation industry, working for a large corporation in sales and management. Together, they were able to grow real estate sales volumes to a high level, which required a larger staff. The newly formed team was the key in continuing to build upon the high level of customer service that was expected in the marketplace. In 1999 they created The Glocker Group. The new team was able to follow through on every call received, no matter what was asked. No customer was turned away. Sales included all properties, from mobile homes to million dollar real estate.
When the market peaked in 2005, Gary was able to specialize in commercial real estate sales. He brought his previous experience in the business and corporate areas into every commercial transaction. Since then he has brokered various commercial deals to include warehouse and office leases, land development sales, industrial and office building sales, business and asset disposition, and numerous other commercial projects.
His overall success has been based on superior customer satisfaction and being creative when bringing buyer and seller together. He learned at an early age that honesty, integrity, and hard work are the cornerstones for a professional and rewarding career.
